Abstract

This Order amends the Plant Health (England) Order 2005 in relation with control measures to prevent the introduction and spread of specified diseases. Control measures concern the landing in and the movement within England, and the consignment from England to another part of the European Union, of plants, other than seeds, intended for planting.
