Abstract

This Order amends the Plant Health (England) Order 2005 by removing the words “originating in any third country” from the descriptions of certain plant material to which certain landing and movement requirements are applied in Part B of Schedule 4 to that Order. That Part specifies relevant material, from another part of the European Community, which may only be landed in or moved within England if special requirements (specified in the Part) are satisfied.
