Table 2 specifies fees for: applications in relation with importation of GMO’s, contained use of GMO’s, trail release and general release of GMO's; appeal; extension permit; GMO status certificates; registration of facilities; and commodity use permit. The Regulations also amend the Regulations relating to Plant Breeders’ Rights in Table 2 specifying fees for (examination of) an application for a plant breeders' right, annual fees and other fees relating to a plant breeders' rights.
