The present Ordinance enters into force on 27 July 2013.
Abstract

The present Ordinance makes the Federal Network Agency the competent planning and permitting authority for transmission power line projects that cross the borders of the federal states and/or national borders and are contained in Annex 1 of the Federal Requirement Plan for Transmission Networks. By nominating the afore-mentioned Agency the one and only competent authority, the Ordinance aims to speed up permitting procedures. The text consists of 2 articles.
