Abstract

These Regulations provide for the procedures to be followed in relation to applications for listed building consent, applications for conservation area consent and applications or variation and discharge of conditions after the date of establishment of Historic Environment Scotland. They, among other things, set out the information and particulars required to be submitted in relation to an application for listed building consent or conservation area consent in addition to that required by section 9(2) of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997.
