Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 4 list provisions of the 1991 Order and modifications of those provisions which are applied for the purposes of hazardous substances control. Part 3 sets out those provisions as modified. The amenments concern appeals against hazardous substances contravention notices and effects of non-compliance with a contravention notice including execution of works required by hazardous substances contravention notice by pwrsons authorized by the Department of the Environment.
