Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2009. For the purpose of ensuring its revisions, this Regulation expires on 30 November 2018.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act (RSA 2000, c. M-17). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the payment of royalties concerning petroleum. The text consists of 56 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: General (1); Transitional well events (2); Consequential amendments, expiry and coming into force (3). One Schedule is enclosed.
