Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Petroleum Act in respect of a wide variety of matters, including: importation, exportation, shipping, loading and landing of petroleum; and storage and transportation of petroleum. They also prohibit the discharge of petroleum in port waters. Petroleum shall be imported into Nigeria only at prescribed ports.
