Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 32 of the Environment Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the use of pesticides. The text - consisting of 42 sections - deals with the following matters: banned pesticides and fertilizers, pesticide applicator certificates, pesticide use permits, pesticide service permits, general provisions, pesticide vendor permits, records and provision of information and notification of requirements. Six Schedules are enclosed.
