They concern pesticides for which no standards were set previously or replace existing Community maximum residue levels. The Regulations also revoke certain levels which were included in Part I of Schedule 2 by virtue of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 and which are now replaced by maximum residue levels set by the Community and now included in Part 2 of that Schedule.
