An Act to control the sale, supply, use and possession of pesticides; to control the application of pesticides and fertilizers from aircraft; to provide for the prevention of certain foodstuffs containing prohibited residues from becoming available for consumption; to repeal the Pest Destroyers Act 1945 and to amend the Consumer Protection Act 1969.
