Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the use of any premises for the purpose of manufacturing, formulating, packaging, selling or storing pest control products as defined by the Pest Control Products Act unless a licence is issued under these Regulations in respect of those premises. No licence shall be issued under these Regulations unless the Pest Control Products Board is satisfied that the provisions of these Regulations have been complied with. The Regulations specify standards and requirements for the layout, construction and operation of premises used for premises used for the manufacturing and formulating of pest control products.
