Abstract The present Regulation establishes the “Saxony State Forestry Service”, a special Office within the Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture. The Service shall fulfil all tasks assigned to it by the Forestry Law for the Free State of Saxony. Furthermore, the Service shall carry out all tasks conferred to it by other legislation.
