Abstract

Section 3 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Ministers shall, within nine months after the coming into force of this Act, make a Regulation to add perfluorooctane sulfonate and its salts to the Virtual Elimination List compiled under subsection 65(2) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. The text consists of 3 sections.
