Abstract

The Rules apply only to the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan. No person shall possess, set up or operate fishing stakes, fishing appliances or nets without a licence or permit of the (Deputy) Inland Fisheries Officer (rule 3). This official may also determine the number of licences, declare close seasons or prescribe the minimum size of fish. (20 rules and Schedule)
