Abstract

This Order confers on Morecambe Bay Mussels Limited the right of several fishery for mussels in a specified area at Penrhos Point, Anglesey, for a period of 7 years. The grantee shall mark the limits of the fishery in such manner as the Secretary of State may from time to time direct and shall maintain such marks in position and in good repair.
