Abstract The present Regulations enact the Environment Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the management of hazardous substances and hazardous waste. Section 3 establishes that PCB liquids, PCB solids, and PCB substances are designated as dangerous goods; and PCB waste is designated as waste dangerous goods.
