Abstract

These Regulations amend the Wild Life (General) Regulations, 1990 (principal Regulations). In Section 52 of the principal Regulations, the definitions of the terms breeder, dust and trophy dealer are amended and the definition of taxidermist is inserted. Section 58A is inserted after section 58 relating to permission for photographic or viewing safari in a Parks and Wild Life Estate. Further, sections 59, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 77, 81 and 97 of the principal Regulations are amended. These Regulations also amend the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules and insert new Fourteenth and Fifteenth Schedules.
