Abstract

This Order introduces measures for the prevention of spreading of parasitic mange in Jersey. Occupiers of premises where a diseased or animal suspected to be diseased shall isolate such animals and disinfect the premises. The Minister shall, in case of presence or suspected presence of the disease, order examinations to be carried out by the Veterinary Officer and require detention and treatment of diseased animals.
