Articles 11 and 20 shall enter into force by Ministerial Decisions. Abstract The purpose of the law is to prevent the generation of packaging waste, to reduce the heavy metals contents in packaging and to enhance reduction of packaging waste disposal by re-use, recovery and recycling.
