The target values for 2010 are those indicated in Section II of Schedule I. Section III of the same Schedule sets out the above-mentioned long-term objectives. Regulation 8 concerns transboundary pollution. Regulations 10 and 11 concern offences and penalties, without any prejudice to the application of the Criminal Code as per regulation 12 hereto.
