In these Regulations, “relative works” means any out of the five categories of works that are reported in Table 2, annexed to the text, relatively with the recuperation, recycling, qualitative re-establishment of hazardous substances leaks and the maintenance or the repair of installation of air conditioning equipment, pumps of heat, equipment that contain solvents, systems of fire safety and fire extinguishers.
