Abstract

The present Regulation concerns ozone depleting substances. It contains provisions on the prohibition to produce pressurized containers containing an ozone depleting substance; to produce flexible plastic foam, other than flexible polyurethane foam, in a manner that uses an ozone depleting substance; and to produce rigid insulation foams in a manner that uses an ozone depleting substances. The Act consists of 33 sections 2 Schedules.
