The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Ozone-Depleting Substances Laws of 2004 and 2007. The present Law, for a better compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 2037/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning substances that deplete the ozone layer, carries forward amendments to articles 4, 5 and 10 and adds a new article (10A).
