Abstract

This Law may be cited as the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Amendment) Law of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Ratification) Law of 2004 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Ozone-Depleting Substances Laws of 2004 and 2007.
