The present Regulation has entered into force on 1 April 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulation is enacted under the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes an over winter bee mortality insurance programme for the purpose of providing insurance for loss or damage on behalf of bee-keepers. The text consists of 13 sections and 1 Schedule.
