Abstract These Regulations correct an erroneous cross-reference in the Organic Aid (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/143). In regulation 4(2)(a)(i) (aid for organic farming) of the Organic Aid (Scotland) Regulations 2004[2], for "9" substitute "7". Regulation 4 allows the Scottish Ministers to make payments of capital grant under the scheme to applicants specified in the regulation.
