The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1994.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of the Federal Soil Act. The text consists of 7 articles.
