Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that the government assigns the network areas for regional and local nets and the concerned electricity supply companies shall be consulted beforehand.
