Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1990.
Abstract

The present Ordinance is made under the Cantonal Hunting Law of 6 May 1979. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct implementation of the afore-mentioned Cantonal Hunting Law. The text consists of 49 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Hunting rights and hunting permits (1); Basic fees and charges (2); Hunting seasons and closed seasons (3); Hunting facilities (4); Hunting administration and hunting police (5); Game and bird protection (6); Information and research (7); Penalties and final provisions (8).
