This Ordinance enter into force on 6 June 2001.
Abstract

In accordance with the total allowable catches allocated to Croatia for the year 2001, the responsible authority establishes the fishing quotas of tuna (Thunnus thynnus). Quotas are: tuna seiner 830, angle-fishing 46. The licence holders shall fill in a form containing fishing data and inform the competent authority. (12 articles)
