Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose into German law the Council Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste water treatment of 21 May 1991. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Definition of terms (1); Sensitive areas (2); Canalisation (3); Discharge of urban waste water (4); Control of discharge of urban waste water (5); Discharge of industrial waste waters (6); Discharge of industrial waste water into canals (7); Sludge (8); Entry into force (9).
