Abstract This Ordinance provides for approval of the use of plant protection products in aircraft in accordance to Article 18 of the Plant Protection Act. The application should contain required information mentioned in Article 1. Approval procedure is conducted by the responsible authority in accordance to Article 2. The competent authority ensures that the public is informed in a suitable manner and in good time about the approved applications of plant protection products by aircraft, in particular about the approved plant protection products and additives, the area of activity and the crop to be treated. In Article 4 procedure for the approval of a plant protection product for use in aircraft is explicitly defined.
