Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Eco-Electricity Act (BGBl. I No. 75/2011) and the Biofuel Ordinance 2012. BGBl. II No. 398/2012). In particular, article 1 establishes that according to article 20 of the afore-mentioned Act to plants handling liquid bio-fuels the provisions of articles 12 and 19 of the afore-mentioned Biofuel Ordinance 2012 shall be applied. The text consists of 3 articles.
