Abstract The Ordinance provides for the application process for the testing of a plant protection device according to Article 52 of the Plant Protection Act 2012 that must be submitted electronically or in writing in accordance with the template set out in Annex 1 of the Ordinance. The Ordinance provides for different testing and compliance requirements that should be fulfilled for the use of new devise. The Ordinance consists of 7 Articles as follow: Application of examination (1); Recognition of a test center for plant protection equipment (2); Principle of the examination (3); Time of Control (4); Test sticker (5); Prohibition of use (6); Administrative Offences (7).
