Abstract The present Law enacts the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the establishment of a River Restoration Fund. Article 7 lists projects, such as restoration of waters, restoration of fishing population, creation of habitats and spawning grounds for fish, improvement of water quality, research projects.
