Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Building Law of 3 December 1978. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of fossils and minerals having scientific value. Article 2 establishes whoever finds such fossils and minerals shall notify the Police or the Land Use Office.
