The present Ordinance enters into force on 23 November 1989.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Building Law of 3 December 1978. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of fossils and minerals having scientific value. Article 2 establishes whoever finds such fossils and minerals shall notify the Police or the Land Use Office. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection regulations (2); Exploration authorization (3); Execution (4); Final provisions (5).
