This Ordinance enters into force on 21 June 1996.
Abstract

The purpose of this Ordinance is the protection of fish and other aquatic species at the juvenile stage. This Ordinance establishes the minimum size of fish and other aquatic species for harvesting, collection or trade purposes. It also sets out the closed season for certain fish species.
