Abstract

The present Ordinance establishes the protected Brandenburg forest and lake area as defined in article 2. The aim of the protection is to conserve or restore the environment and in particular its water resources, its water quality, the fertility of the soil, the stabilization of the climate, etc. Furthermore, its aim is also to conserve the variety of wild plants and animals; and to render this area a recreation for the community.
