Abstract This Ordinance implements provision of Article 28c of the Act on Protection of Nature and Landscape with regard to prevention of and compensation for damage caused by specifically protected species. This Ordinance designates the reasonable measures for the prevention of damage by specifically protected animal species and regulates the payment of contributions for prevention measures; and the compensation for damage caused. This Ordinance contains 16 Articles designed in 4 Parts as follow: General provision (1); Financial contribution including verifying eligibility, amount of contribution and procedure (2); Financial contribution for damage including recognition of damage, amount of compensation, registration and procedure (3); and Final provision (4).
