The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Spatial Information Act of 2 May 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to access, receipt and use of spatial information in the Canton of Glarus. The text consists of 41 articles divided into 14 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organisation (2); Compensation (3); Geo-data model (4); Geo-data representation model (5); Tracking (6); Ensuring availability (7); Geo-metadata (8); Access and use (9); Geo-services (10); Receipt of data (11); Data exchange among authorities (12); Fees (13); Final provisions (14). Three Annexes are enclosed.
