Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on environment protection of 29 January 1998. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Environment impact assessment (2); Protection against disasters (3); Air pollution (4); Protection against noise (5); Protection against sound and laser radiation during entertainments (6); Hazardous substances harmful to the environment (7); Final provisions (11).
