The present Ordinance enters into forc on 1 February 2009.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is the correct and efficient enforcement of the federal legislation on chemicals, fertilizers and plant protection. Article 2 establishes that the Civil and Environment Protection Office shall implement the present Ordinance unless other authorities shall be designated. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organization and competence (2); Fees (3); Amendment and repeal of existing legislation (5)
