The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 June 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on hunting and protection against wild mammals and birds. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Prevention measures (I); Compensation for loss of game (II); Final provisions (III).
