Abstract The present Ordinance governs the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of dangerous substances, preparations, articles, biocides, pesticides and fertilizers (chemicals). In particular, the Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Chemicals Act of 15 December 2000.
