Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. In particular, the purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the exchange of data between municipalities and the Canton. Article 2 establishes that municipalites shall submit their land use plans in electronic form within the term fixed in article 3 of the present Ordinance.
