Article 1 establishes that: 1) waste oil and mineral-oil containing waste shall not be discharged into water-bodies, neither directly nor indirectly; 2) if there is a risk of contamination of the water-body also deposit outside the water is prohibited; 3) the use of waste oil for dust control is prohibited. The Environment Office is entrusted with the efficient and correct enforcement of the present Ordinance.
