In particular, the Ordinance deals with the discharge of waste water resulting from such incineration. Waste water from the cleaning of exhaust gases discharged from an incineration or co-incineration plant shall be subject to a permit granted by the competent authorities. The text deals with the following matters: purpose, sphere of application, control and monitoring, measurement requirements, duty to report, information of the public, penalties and transitional provisions.
