Abstract Article 1 establishes that in communities where hop is cultivated, especially in the hop-growing areas recognized under article 4 of the Act on the designation of origin of 9 December 1929, owners are obliged to clear until 15 June of each year all wild growing hop plants to prevent blooming and spreading.
