The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 February 1996.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 75/440/EEC of 16 June 1975 concerning the quality required of surface water intended for the abstraction of drinking water in the Member States. The Ordinance applies to surface waters and parts thereof used for abstraction of public potable water supply. The text – consisting of ? articles – deals with the following aspects: purpose of the Ordinance, sphere of application, authorization to abstract water, exceptions and entry into force.
